2D - Digital Mosaic Experience

ABOUT

The Mosaic Experience is an interactive photo activation that brings guests together to create one unforgettable work of art. Throughout the event, each guest photo becomes a tile in a larger digital or physical mosaic, gradually revealing a chosen image such as a company logo, couple’s portrait, honoree or event-themed design. Guests can watch the artwork take shape in real time on a screen, follow along on their phones or help place printed photos onto a physical mosaic board. The experience encourages guests to interact, connect and become part of the final masterpiece. After the event, clients receive a high-resolution digital mosaic and shareable reveal videos, plus the completed physical artwork when the print option is selected.

Choose Your Experience

  • Digital Mosaic: Guest photos build a collaborative mosaic that develops live on a screen and can be viewed by phone.
     

  • Print Mosaic: Photos print as individual tiles for guests to place onto a large mosaic board.
     

  • Digital + Print: Combine both experiences for maximum interaction and a memorable final reveal.

Make It Your Own

Planning Essentials

  • Choose your image: Feature a logo, portrait, honoree or event-themed image
     

  • Choose your backdrop: Choose from 10 in-stock styles or upgrade to a custom design
     

  • Choose your size [print mosaic]: Choose the standard mosaic of 48" × 48" or upgrade to a custom size up to
    96" × 72".
     

  • Upgrade:  Add digital or printed branding elements, a custom mosaic board, a custom backdrop, LED TVs, LED Wall, or collect guest contact info

  • Activation Length: Minimum 4 hours recommended

  • Space: 15' × 15'

  • Power: Two dedicated circuits (120V or 15A)

  • Wi-Fi: Required

  • Set Up: 3 hours before service begins

  • Tear Down: Approximately 1 hour

  • Loading Bay: Not required
